Deborah Sondock is Senior Partner of The Retail Properties Group. She joined the company in 1997 after more than 26 years in retail development for a variety of national Tenants, including Wicks ‘n’ Sticks, Deck the Walls, Wallpapers To Go, AlphaGraphics, and Supercuts. Deborah’s extensive experience in real estate involves both leasing and development, with mall and non-mall properties. In addition to serving as Vice President for four different retail concepts, she was President of an $86 million nationwide retail chain prior to joining the company. She has an in-depth understanding of the tenant’s needs in retail leasing and development, and brings this invaluable experience to the business. Her extensive contacts throughout the retail, franchising and real estate communities both in Houston and throughout the country have been an asset to the business.
