Jerrie Weldon joined The Retail Properties Group in 1998 after almost fifteen years in retail development. Jerrie began her career in the oilfield business in 1980’s, providing her with extensive experience with legal issues. She joined WNS, Inc., in 1984 in the Franchise Development/Real Estate department. She handled the needs of three growing companies – Wicks n’ Sticks, Deck the Walls, and Wallpapers to Go. Her experience handling lease documentation, inside sales and conducting real estate market research for all three divisions provided her with a foundation for her current work at The Retail Properties Group. Jerrie now focuses exclusively on retail real estate, in both project leasing and property management. Her primary focus is Landlord representation for both urban and suburban projects. She manages a privately held portfolio of ten individual properties as well as various other third party projects.
